Introducing Zach Jones: Sales Manager NMLS - 546399

I'm a native Texan but have lived in Middle Tennessee for most of my life, so this is home. I have lived in both Davidson and Williamson counties, and currently live with my wife and daughter in Franklin. We enjoy anything to do with living and playing in the outdoors.

My first career was in healthcare but I decided I wanted to do something completely different, so I approached a friend about learning more about the mortgage business and hired on with his company in 2003. I fell in love with the whole real estate business at that point and now I can't imagine doing anything else.

I'm a true believer in the idea that homeownership is one of the basic elements of The American Dream. It gives us the ability to live and raise our families in a place that we can call our own, to make memories there, and to live out our passions. For most, it is also a sound element of personal financial planning. I love being a part of the process for all of these reasons. I particularly like being able to bring my financial knowledge and experience to the table as a way of helping others.It's kind of like hitting the trifecta - I have a job that I love, working with fun and interesting people, and I'm able to help other people every day!

I graduated from the University of Michigan and moved to Tennessee and have called Nashville home since 1995. During the last 17 years, Ive worked in nearly every aspect of mortgage lending from processing to loan originating.  I spend my spare time with my family. We love to travel and most recently visited several major cities in China. Our next international trip is in 2020, when we plan to visit New Zealand.

Susan holds a Masters of Science in Forensic Psychology and a Bachelors of Science in Humanities and Communication. Susans work experience includes Motivational Training, Business Operations and working in the area of Finance. Her experience in Motivational Training includes working in different states, organizing kick-off events for new programs and for non-profit organizations. She has a passion and desire to work with veterans and has been involved in several events with nonprofit agencies. Susan focuses on providing great Customer Service while working to meet the deadlines for the customer's home loan.

My family and I have lived in Middle Tennessee for almost 4 years. Im originally from Michigan but also spent 15 years in Phoenix, Arizona prior to moving toTennessee. My wife had visited Middle Tennessee over 12 years ago and finally convinced me to come for a visit about 5 years ago. Although we visited 4 times in the next year we knew after the first trip that this was a place we wanted to be asa family. We moved here with our son Tommy and dog Bamabut dont confuse me for a Bama fan thats my wife!

Ive always considered myself a late bloomer in the mortgage business. I scratched the itch for a new challenge about 10 years ago and took the plunge in the mortgage industry. Although my timing was off (starting in 2008) it has been the best career move Ive ever made. The people Ive met and the families Ive helped have reinforced the idea that this is one of the most rewarding industries to be involved with.

Franklin, TN is home to us now and I look forward to helping other families find the home they love here in Middle Tennessee as well.
