If you're like most Realtors®, you've put together Just Listed/Just Sold postcards or you've paid someone to handle them for you. (If you've done it yourself, you know how tough it can be!)
However, with the latest-and-greatest resources available, you can DIY amazing postcards to send to neighbors and everyone on your mailing list. Even if you're not the creative type, these tools will point you in the right direction.
The best part: they're completely free to use. Many Realtors then bring their designs to local print shops or use an online service such as Vistaprint (which has a revolving door on coupons, as well).
PIXABAY
Pixabay, a free photo site, has tens of thousands of high-quality, royalty-free photos you can use as backdrops or accents on your postcards. From seasonal scenery to remarkable close-ups, you're allowed to use any photo on their site for commercial purposes under Creative Commons' CC0 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication.
CANVA
Canva has pre-designed marketing materials, including postcards and real estate flyers, but you can design your own, as well. You can purchase Canva's pre-designed materials and customize them (their images are $1 each) or you can upload your own images from Pixabay, use their creative font styles and set up your own designs for free. It's all drag-and-drop; you just choose the elements you want to use, drag them into place with your mouse, and click Download when you're finished. (The postcard we used for the image on this post was created with a free photo from Pixabay, which we uploaded into Canva, where we added the text... and it took about 5 minutes from start to finish.)
PICMONKEY
PicMonkey lets you make collages (great for showing multiple images of a home's interior), add text and even toy with the colors and filters on your images. It's not as easy to use as Canva is, but it's an excellent resource for expanding your design options.
