Although Michelle was very happy with her previous broker, she was intrigued by the Benchmark Buzz and the good things she was hearing in the market about broker, Phillip Cantrell. Michelle is also into personal branding. She liked the fact that her team could brand itself and operate as a small business under the larger Benchmark umbrella. The agent fee structure was also very attractive to Michelle. She felt like she was paying for a lot of things at her previous broker that she was not receiving benefits from or was not really able to utilize due to being out in the field the majority of the day selling homes.

Michelle feels that Benchmark Realty is on it's way to gaining huge market share in Middle Tennessee.
