Benchmark Realty LLC Founder and CEO Phillip Cantrell today announced his companys office expansion and March 15th move to 318 Seaboard Lane in Franklin, Tennessee, more than doubling office size with new on-site lending services and an Internet caf.

 

 

Cantrell said the double-digit growth rate the company has consistently earned over each of the past four years is pushing the needed expansion and office upgrade. Benchmarks annual gross sales have grown from almost $34 million in fiscal year 2009 to in excess of $500 million for fiscal year 2012.

We are a totally paperless, cloud based operation with a very unique business model allowing agents to operate and serve their clients from anywhere in the mid-state. Even though Benchmark has been in business since 2006, the real growth has come since our re-launch in 2008. Since that event, all five key indicators we track gross sales, gross commission income, net profits, transaction count, and agent count have doubled every year over the prior year, for each of the past four years, making this expansion critical to accommodate the growth and demand for our services, Cantrell said.

Benchmark is expanding their office space from 3,500 square feet to over 6,900 square feet. Unique to the mid-state area, Benchmark Realtys Cool Springs office houses a principal broker, John Giffen, in house title company, Touchstone Title & Escrow,and is adding an in house lender, Legacy Lending Group, to the new location. We already had on-site title and escrow services with Touchstone Title and now we are pleased to be adding to the convenience of our customers with the services of in house lender Legacy Lending Group, which is headed up by industry veteran Lottie McCormick, Cantrell said. We are also excited to have at the new location an Internet caf for clients and agents on property use and as well as really clever phone booth rooms so the agents who dont have offices can still have private client communications.
