Google loves video and so does Benchmark agent Jim ODowd. Always in search of new and unique marketing avenues when selling homes in the Nashville area for clients, ODowd was inspired to consider video home tours at a Benchmark monthly agents meeting.

It's a well-known fact that over 90% of buyers first see a listing on the Internet and we don't get a second chance to make a great first impression. Although more expensive than the previous real estate photography company he used, ODowd decided to give video a test run.

Six months ago in a great location in the Temple Hills area of Franklin, we did this video home tour followed by an open house. Within three days, we had a full price offer. The response was incredible and Ive now used them on a second listing, ODowd says.

When working with clients, ODowd says he makes it clear that it is a team effort. If I get a 100% commitment from clients, I pay to bring in a professional stager and then we video tape the home.
