    It's also just a fact that a limited amount of people can afford a million dollar home. And with our current political environment, successful people are under attack constantly, so some are just staying under the radar. Million dollar home sales are picking up, but compared to affordable homes, it's a much slower market.

      Hi Phillip: I am curious why you don't have Bellevue listed under the Communities that you cover. Bellevue is hot right now, with the old Bellevue Mall, renamed and reclaimed, soon to breakground with a $100 mm development that will be called One Bellevue Place. Sears, the last store to leave, has officially posted a Closing Soon sign around the mall property. The developer will be receiving full City Planning approval in June, with groundbreaking estimated to start sometime in the first quarter of the New Year. Best regards, Joe

Those that are addicted to the games on their favorite social networking site will find that most of them would fit well on their Android phone, as they seem to be rather touch friendly. If you don't want to use the extra space on your hard drive to store the program, you can always delete it afterward.
