Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
When you've had previous bad experiences with realtors, you put your guard up and think all of them are the same and that they're only out for themselves. Putting your trust in someone to take care of you and your home, you need to know that they have your best interest in mind. With Team Wommack at Benchmark Realty, there's not question about it. Lane and Rebecca took good care of us and treated us like good friends. They kept us up to date with listings, setting up appointments to view houses, always answering our questions and just going that extra mile to find out about the properties. They walked you through it all. They are professional and caring and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!

I had the opportunity to work with Maegan Cook this week and provide a service for her and her client. She was very professional and provided all the needed information needed to help her client. she is very good at her profession and I would know why people would want to use her as a professional Realtor

If you find yourself in the need of a friend in the reality business Angela and her team are what you want on your side. I had the most wonderful experience with this group. I listed on a Sunday afternoon had 2 showings on the following Monday that led to a contract by that same Monday afternoon. This is a special group that treats you like family from day one and will guide you every step of the way to get your home sold. Angela is the sweetest person I've ever met in the reality profession and when its time for me to purchase my next home she and her group will be the only group I will have in mind hands down. You will not be disappointed I assure you.

Benchmark is my go-to for all things real estate. Buying, selling, or even just advice on who to trust with that upgrade or maintenance project.
Eddie has been my realtor for nearly 10 years and I've never had second thoughts about hiring him and his team.
