Liesel has made my first home buying experience exceptional. She was quick to help us book tours to see all the properties we were interested in. She negotiated with the seller to get us everything we wanted and more. It was such a pleasant experience and she made it simple for someone trying to understand home buying for the first time. She worked closely with my mortgage lending company and has gone above and beyond to help us with all closing details. Even after the close she has continued to follow up and make sure everything gets done that we need and that nothing is lingering. Moving from Wisconsin to the Nashville area in Tennessee is difficult at best. However we were fortunate enough to be able to work with Rebecca Rader from Benchmark Realty. She showed us our first house in April 2022. We made frequent trips to the area and every time we came down Rebecca would take us through several homes. She was always pleasant, encouraging and honest with us regarding all the showings. It took a while but after six months she finally found a home that we love.
