Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
We would like to recognize the amazing job that Cody West did in helping us find our new home. We had a tight timeline to relocate to the Nashville area by September 1st. He was patient with us as we hiked through muddy, vacant land in the rain when we thought we wanted to build a new home and was gracious when we changed our mind and decided to buy an already built home. He was available early in the mornings and late into the evenings. He is a very kind person and he always provided honest direction and feedback that spoke to an individual with high integrity. This is our 6th home-buying experience across three different states and it was by far our best experience ever. Thanks again-Chris & Jeneen Carman

Absolutely love this office and their support in selling and in turn trying to find the right house. Our realtor, Jennifer, is knowledgeable of all things middle Tennessee and her approach is unparalleled. She is keenly aware of our needs and has worked hard for our family in our quest in this highly competitive market. I recommend her and this office as you journey forth in selling and/ or buying a house.

My experience with working with Benchmark was exceptional!! Our Agent Whitney Meredith was by our side day or night. She worked with us for over a year to find our dream home. Outside of her other reps that she introduced us to were extremely helpful. We highly recommend her and she is very professional and ready to help!!

Taze and Beth Lundy with Benchmark Realty are the best!!! HIGHLY recommend utilizing their expertise and knowledge of the area. Engaging, fun, and incredibly customer-centric. There is no doubt in referring them to others. Go and buy/sell a house from these two!!! (Terry & Christine LeTourneau - 2016)

I had the opportunity to work with Maegan Cook this week and provide a service for her and her client. She was very professional and provided all the needed information needed to help her client. she is very good at her profession and I would know why people would want to use her as a professional Realtor

Is had to update this review - I have enjoyed working here so much that I actually became part of the leadership. :-)
(Old review) Great place with great leadership! I have been in and around the industry for the majority of my career and can truly say Benchmark strives for excellence. Their training and broker support is amazing and they make every effort to ensure their affiliates have all the tools they need.
