Guy is an accomplished real estate professional based in Nashville. His clients appreciate his integrity, his selfless approach and his deep connections around town. From Tennessee Titans, to country music insiders and all the everyday folks in between, Guy has a history of helping people make their home. 

Originally from Louisville, he graduated from Western KY University with a marketing degree. “I always tell people that I’ve already had four distinct careers. I started in the most corporate of settings spending nearly ten years at General Motors, including three years at their Detroit base. From there I followed my passion into the world of open-wheel racing where I helped a few IndyCar Racing teams find sponsors and market themselves. After that, I made the move to Red Bull where I introduced the energy drink category to the state of Tennessee. And since 2010, I’ve been a real estate agent in Nashville and southern Kentucky,” he says.

Each of those careers came with multiple relocations and numerous real estate transactions. So, when Guy transitioned to real estate in 2010, he already had the resilience to persevere through the worst housing market in US history. He figured integrity and trustworthiness would be in especially high demand given those conditions. Since then he has developed an expertise in understanding the unique needs of his clients irrespective of their backstory. His success stems from a strong moral compass and business acumen, combined with a thorough familiarity with Nashville’s ever-evolving landscape.
