Eric is a real estate professional with more than 15 years of real estate experience across brokerage, investment, and residential property acquisitions. Earlier in his career he worked with national real estate firms including CB Richard Ellis and Marcus & Millichap before joining the iBuyer firm Opendoor, where he evaluated and priced more than 2,500 single-family homes across multiple U.S. markets. That experience gives Eric unique insight into residential pricing, market trends, and what drives successful home sales.

Today, Eric focuses on helping buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Middle Tennessee navigate the residential market with confidence. His background in underwriting, negotiation, and market analysis allows him to bring a thoughtful, data-driven approach to every transaction.

Eric also serves on the Executive Leadership Team of Contractors, Closers & Connections (CCC) Nashville, helping build awareness and engagement for one of the industry’s fastest-growing national networking platforms for real estate professionals.

Eric has called Middle Tennessee home for the past 16 years and he and his family are proud to be part of the community and raise their children in the region.
