Pause the Hustle, Not the Income: How You Get Paid
Benchmark Realty Referral Company simplifies earning referral income. When you refer a client to an active agent, the referred agent pays a 30% referral fee at closing. From this, a 10% processing fee is applied, and the remaining amount is paid to you as the referring member. This structure ensures transparency and maximizes your earning potential while keeping the process straightforward.

Additional Information
Referral Members may not actively practice real estate or solicit to perform such services. You will be asked to sign an Independent Contractor and Commission Agreement upon moving your license to the Referral Company. You are still responsible for the cost of maintaining an active real estate license with TREC, including E&O insurance and ongoing CE requirements to keep your license in good standing. As a Referral Member, you will not have access to Realtracs/MLS and therefore will not pay MLS or association dues. The Benchmark Referral Company is a non-REALTOR® firm. Referral Members must complete at least two referrals in order to return to Active Status with a Benchmark Realty office.
