Is electricity included?
Please note that our venue charges a fee per individual outlet. For this reason, electricity is not included in our Standard Booth pricing. If you require power at your booth, be sure to select the "Electricity" add-on during checkout. Electricity is included at no additional cost for Premium and Executive Sponsors.
Why has pricing changed for 2025?

With increased demand, rising event costs, and vendor feedback requesting more ways to stand out, we've updated our pricing structure for 2025. This year, you'll find tiered sponsorship options designed to give you more choice, more visibility, and more value.
Can I choose my booth location in the hall?
To ensure a balanced and strategic layout, booth locations are assigned by our team. Our exhibit hall layout has been redesigned to improve traffic and visibility. Executive and Premier Sponsors receive priority placement in the most visible areas of the exhibit hall. All other booth spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with care taken to avoid placing competitors side by side.
What if I need to pay via check or invoice?

What is the cancellation policy?
Any exhibitor who cancels before September 15, 2025 will receive half of their paid amount. Cancellations after September 15, 2025 forfeit the full amount.
