From Humble Beginnings...

Benchmark was begun in 2006 in the front bedroom of CEO Phillip Cantrell’s home in downtown Franklin, TN. Two years later, Benchmark launched its 100% commission model with just five agents. Little did they know their revolutionary model–combined with a clear vision and customer-oriented values–would cause exponential growth.

Two more offices followed in 2011 and 2012. By 2020, Benchmark had grown to a total of 7 offices serving the Nashville area. At the end of 2020, Benchmark announced a partnership with United Real Estate Group, the second largest real estate group nationwide. In 2022, Benchmark grew yet again with the addition of an eighth office and the CORE program, a university-style program for new real estate agents.
