Moving from Wisconsin to the Nashville area in Tennessee is difficult at best. However we were fortunate enough to be able to work with Rebecca Rader from Benchmark Realty. She showed us our first house in April 2022. We made frequent trips to the area and every time we came down Rebecca would take us through several homes. She was always pleasant, encouraging and honest with us regarding all the showings. It took a while but after six months she finally found a home that we love.
