I’ve been an agent for 4 years and I study the brokerage market very frequently and chose to hang my licence at Benchmark just over a year ago. I average about 80-100 transactions a year and I don’t like to spend my time at brokerage events that seem to be what I call “fluff.” Benchmark has sucsessfully executed a very favorable slip model without lacking in resourses. We have multiple hi-level education classes, an office and broker staff that is well equipped to handle every situation, lots of space to work, masterminds, inside resourses and marketing tools for FREE, and so much more. The most important thing to me is the value of their mission statement which is faith based and it truly shows from the upper levels all the way down. There has never been a time where they weren’t available to listen to ways to do better, help out with a transaction, and are very down to earth and listen and quickly make adjustments if needed. Especially form me being a “high maintence” agent! I don’t see a reason why I would move away from this brokerage for a very long time!
