Benchmark Realty LLC Founder and CEO Phillip Cantrell today announced his company’s office expansion and March 15th move to 318 Seaboard Lane in Franklin, Tennessee, more than doubling office size with new on-site lending services and an Internet café.     Cantrell said the double-digit growth rate the company has consistently earned over each of the past four years is pushing the needed expansion and office upgrade. Benchmark’s annual gross sales have grown from almost $34 million in fiscal year 2009 to in excess of $500 million for fiscal year 2012.
