“Not knowing what we didn’t know” sure didn’t stop Benchmark agent Jennifer Spergl from taking on one of the most challenging projects of a lifetime – the annual St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway – resulting in Nashville’s first fully-funded home project. Held annually in the Middle Tennessee area, a new home is built and given away via a raffle ticket system live on WZTV Fox 17. The first area campaign started in 2004 and has become one of the largest in the country raising more than $11 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. This year St. Jude selected a new builder and neighborhood for the dream home experience including developers Trillium Farms, who donated the land in Ladd Park, builder, Hillside Homes, and Benchmark agent, Spergl. “It was a major undertaking having a new project team for this comprehensive process, and,  we were all so committed from the beginning to do everything we could to help the children receiving care at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital,” Spergl said.
