Have you heard the buzz about the Benchmark Mastermind meetings? Held at the WCAR building on the first Tuesday of each month, these meeting have become greatly anticipated and well attended by agents for their networking opportunities, educational value and overall fun factor. One of the great distinguishers of Benchmark Realty is that we do not “require” our agents to attend mandatory meetings. However, if the 125 + agents in a standing room only crowd at the WCAR each month is any indicator of a successful formula, I think we’ve hit upon it. The secret, according to Mastermind coordinator and Benchmark agent, Linda Seaton is making the meetings agent focused. “We make sure these meetings are about the agents with input from the agents on the topics we cover. We talk about legal issues, personal experiences and ways that we can help other agents avoid difficult situations.”

Throw in a free breakfast, guest speakers and useful vendor information and you’ve secured yourself one highly productive hour each month. Although, these meetings are optional, getting there early is mandatory if you want to get a seat. These meetings are so popular we have maxed out the seating available at the WCAR. We think it would be a great idea if CEO Phillip Cantrell bought another 20-30 chairs and donated them to the WCAR? What do you think?
