These are exciting times at Benchmark Realty. In response to agent demand, we are happy to announce a newly expanded Cool Springs location in addition to a brand new Midtown Nashville location. The previous Cool Springs location was bursting at the seams. The office was originally opened with 75 agents and has more than quadrupled in the last three years. The move to the 6900 square foot location at 318 Seaboard Lane in Cool Springs doubles the square footage of the previous location. According to Benchmark Realty owner, Phillip Cantrell, “There was also tremendous agent demand for an office in Midtown Nashville”. Cantrell has had numerous inquiries from agents in Nashville and Green Hills who were just waiting for Benchmark to open an office in the area before they moved over to the Benchmark team. “Although Benchmark operates all business functions entirely ‘in the cloud’, agents like the convenience of a nearby office so that they can meet with clients, complete client contracts, and use the copiers and scanners.” The new office is conveniently located on the first floor of 2500 21st Avenue South with plenty of parking available for agents and clients.
Unique in its category of fee based Real Estate Brokerages, Benchmark Realty is raising the bar of customer service by offering on site Mortgage Lending and Title services at both locations. Benchmark clients will have access to one stop shopping for all of their real estate needs. Additional features of both new office spaces will be an internet lounge with cozy leather furniture, computer work stations, copiers and scanners, multiple meeting spaces, electronic device charging stations and multi media rooms for client presentations.
Benchmark, now with offices in Cool Springs, Midtown and Murfreesboro is primed for huge growth and additional offices throughout the state. Each office has a managing broker and seamless office infrastructure due to proprietary software developed specifically for Benchmark that manages agent fee collection, agent commissions and referral fees paid through direct deposit. Also in the works is an additional compliance broker who will handle orientation for new agents.
