It almost goes without saying that you need your phone number and a contact form on every page (just make sure you’re following TREC advertising guidelines), but what can you do to entice potential clients to click or call?

A call-to-action is an instruction to readers to provoke an immediate response, such as “Call now,” “Learn more,” and “Download a FREE copy of our eBook!” You see them everywhere because they work. These are all pretty generic, though, so you can get creative and spin your own.

Whether you’ve written an eBook or your web developer has designed your site so viewers get more information when they’re logged in, it’s always a good idea to offer your readers something of value to capture their information. Besides, by giving them something valuable, you’re showcasing your expertise and cementing the foundation of your relationship with potential clients.
Realtor Tip #3: Use Videos
Including video on your website can increase conversion rates by 80 percent… and people are using YouTube and other video hosting sites to look for homes. In fact, a third of all online activity is spent watching videos. Sharing information with viewers through video isn’t just a great way to stand out; it’s a way to start building a relationship with potential clients.
