In order to properly describe a real estate listing, you already know that you need to talk about upgrades, amenities and the home’s most spectacular features. If you can paint a picture with the words describing the listing, even better.
Something like “Enjoy breathtaking views from the master bedroom” takes readers farther than “Large double-paned windows in master bedroom” does, and they both take about the same amount of space.
WORDS TO LEAVE OUT OF LISTING DESCRIPTIONS
