These meetings are a coming together as a group and a sharing of best practices. Our most recent meeting was a recap of the NAR D.A.N.G.E.R. report and critical potential threats to Agents and Brokers so agents could understand the big picture.
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS CLASSES
These are held once a month and go over and above what would normally be considered a CE credited class. It is non CE credit but is full of useful information. There is the N.A.R. code of ethics, and the pathways to professionalism. One is what you MUST do and one is what you SHOULD do. We focus on how to run your business as a successful business.
CONSTANT NETWORKING SESSIONS
The meeting of the minds available 24 hours a day online and in person with direct broker support.
MONTHLY BROKER FORM REVIEWS
We discuss the forms that need to be used for transaction compliance.
COFFEE WITH A BROKER
This no agenda meeting is held monthly in each office. Agents can sit with a broker and discuss the issues in their business. This helps them build their strategies, build their business and build their walls around their business. This prepares the agent to go out to a consumer and figure out what the strategy is for that specific consumer. That's how you WIN in today's environment.
